One of my favorite annual events is coming to a park near you!

Time Out Chicago Kids voted it the Best Annual Family Event and Chicago Now said "It doesn't matter if you are 1 or 100, Midnight Circus is the best entertainment option in Chicago".

But don't take their word for it. Go see for yourself.
The Midnight Circus in the Parks is popping up in parks all over Chicago from late August through October 16. The show is rain or shine and it is fun for the whole family.

Few things in life bring as much magic and whimsy as the circus. And while it might not carry the same far off worldly mystery as it would if you lived in the middle of nowhere (i.e. The Fantastiks), city dwellers love the circus for another reason --- a blue and purple striped tent pops up in the middle of your neighborhood park and you're drawn in via gravitational pull and before you know it, you're surrounded by acrobats, jugglers, tight rope walkers, contortionists, and other spellbound patrons with their mouths agape.

My advice -- buy your tickets in advance because this has become one of the hottest shows in town.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children and seniors. Proceeds go towards improving city parks and playgrounds.

See you at the circus!
